Working with a venue-hire business to create a strategic marketing plan to increase bookings, reconnect with lapsed customers and achieve growth.

 

Background 

Wellcome Collection is a London-based museum and library, with a focus on health and the human experience. There are various rooms and floors in the building that can be hired as private venues. These spaces are perfect for all types of events, from small board meetings to lavish award ceremonies.  

Wellcome Collection has always been a really popular venue, but the team felt there was scope for generating more leads and higher revenue from their venue hire. I was brought in to deliver 1:1 consultancy over a period of three months. 

 

How did I help?

I pulled together a combination of competitor analysis, customer research, marketing, social media and SEO audits, and customer journey reviews.  

With the primary aim of boosting leads and driving more revenue, I implemented new strategies around marketing, digital marketing, audience targeting and new opportunities for growth.  

All strategies were fully costed to fit a 12-month marketing budget and were supplied with marketing reporting set up across each channel. I also connected Wellcome Collection with my team of trusted suppliers to help them on their marketing journey.
