Connection & Collaboration
Human connection is very important to me. The way that I work with my clients is very collaborative.
I love to connect people and I do that in 2 ways:
I run The Growth Programme for service-based founders to support each other, take action and get results. And I run Growth Co Lab, a monthly membership to connect female coaches and consultants.
Entrepreneurship
It was my first ‘proper’ job that really made its impact. My boss, Anna, was super successful at a very young age. She really looked after her staff and we had so much fun.
That was one of the best lessons I learnt in business – that your team is everything.
Growing businesses, coming up with new ideas, finding opportunities, helping clients to secure investment. These are the things that bring me joy and make me want to jump out of bed in the morning.

I am interested in business growth, in supporting you with your business growth, and in my own personal development.
I’m always looking to learn more: – blogging, podcasting, doing my mini MBA and my work mentoring start-ups. Growth is one of the things that drives me, for sure. Which is why I love doing this job!
Positive Impact
I believe in business as a force for good. Making a healthy profit is obviously important but so is making a positive impact and looking after those around us.
I am a member of 1% for the Planet – it’s a global movement that encourages businesses to give 1% of their gross sales each year to approved non-profit partners.
